Description

Automatically send out invoices to specific members when invoices are created and schedule weekly times when announcements get sent out.

Q: Is it possible to send an email to members?

A: Yes, our system can automatically send announcements at a time you specify. Additionally, you can send invoices from Shulspace as well. We do not offer the ability to send personalized emails to specific members on your shul account.


Instructions

In order to send emails (invoices and weekly announcements), your emailing feature must be turned on.


Click on features on the right-hand side of your screen. Turn on the emailing feature. Then click settings. You will have the option to turn on emailing for Invoicing and Weekly Announcements. If you do not turn these on, the system WILL NOT send out invoices or announcements to your members.


Invoices

Invoices are sent to members when an invoice is added to the system. Shul admins also receive a copy.


Weekly Announcements

The weekly announcement will be sent automatically to all members who opt in to emailing. Choose the day of the week and the hour of that day that you wish to send out your announcements.


Make sure to click save before exiting the screen.
